Shipping Policy

At Velaro Store, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–15 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, supplier location, customs procedures, public holidays, high demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains several products, they may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or on different days.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at velarostore.be@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
